Job Title: Jr. Canva Designer / Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-orientated Social Media Executive / Canva Designer to manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing eye-catching social media posts, writing engaging content, and scheduling content across various platforms using social media planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, branded social media graphics using Canva.
• Create engaging content (captions, short-form text, and creative ideas) tailored to each platform.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media scheduling tools/planners.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, ideas, and campaign requirements.
• Monitor trends, best practices, and industry updates to improve performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to monthly posting calendars.
• Assist with basic community management (optional—add/remove based on your need).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Canva Designer Social/ Media Executive and.
• Strong skills in Canva (templates, animations, reels, carousels, etc.).
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written English and creativity in caption/content writing.
• Ability to plan and schedule content using tools like Meta Planner, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of social media designs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic video editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics.
• Experience with branding and visual identity design.
