The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Growth & Operations Manager who can take ownership of Launchpad’s day-to-day business operations, client success, team performance, and growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage people, build strong client relationships, improve business processes, and work closely with leadership to expand Launchpad’s market presence.

You will work directly with founders, sales, marketing, technical, HR, and client success teams to ensure Launchpad grows efficiently while delivering a strong experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, client success, technical teams in coordination with the HR team.
  • Build, improve, and document SOPs, workflows, reporting systems, and internal processes in coordination with the HR team.
  • Manage client relationships, conduct regular check-ins, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and support internal teams by assigning responsibilities, tracking performance, and ensuring KPI accountability.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, communication, and service delivery.
  • Work with leadership to support Launchpad’s growth strategy, expansion plans, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in improving lead generation, conversion, onboarding, and client acquisition.
  • Ensure Launchpad’s CRM, automation, AI tools, workflows, and reporting features are used effectively by teams and clients.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for Launchpad features, AI tools, automation services, and additional solutions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on client success, team performance, business growth, KPIs, and operational progress.
 

Required &Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, client success, account management, or growth roles.
  • Strong team management and cross-functional coordination experience.
  • Experience with CRM, SaaS, marketing automation, or digital agency operations.
  • Ability to manage clients, improve processes, and identify upsell/growth opportunities.
  • GoHighLevel experience preferred; HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools are a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: Market competitive, based on experience
