Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Sales Closer / Client Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in converting qualified sales opportunities into clients by managing follow-ups, supporting sales conversations, coordinating proposals, and helping move deals through the pipeline.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in communication, experienced in outbound sales for the USA market, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders to close service-based deals.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to understand client needs, support proposal creation, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a key member of the sales team to move new sales opportunities through the pipeline and support deal closing.
- Join new sales appointments to listen, understand client needs, capture key takeaways, and identify next steps.
- Collect, organize, and update sales appointment data to ensure internal stakeholders are prepared before and after meetings.
- Maintain accurate meeting notes, recordings, follow-up actions, and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and send required collateral, proposals, SOWs, and follow-up materials to leads.
- Work with stakeholders to define a closing strategy for each qualified lead.
- Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls with leads to maintain momentum in the sales process.
- Maintain consistent lead follow-up regarding meetings, pending decisions, proposals, and deliverables.
- Track all sales activities, updates, and deal progress in the CRM.
- Support client onboarding after a deal is closed to ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery or customer success team.
- Communicate clearly with prospects and internal teams to keep deals moving forward.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or service-based sales targeting the USA market.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Closer, Account Executive, Client Partner, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to organize sales information accurately.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of digital services such as:
- UI/UX Design
- Web and App Development
- SEO
- SEM
- Paid Media Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Comfortable working with CRMs, sales pipelines, meeting notes, proposals, and follow-up processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups at the same time.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling digital agency services, software solutions, marketing services, or IT consulting.
- Experience drafting or supporting proposals, SOWs, and client-facing sales documents.
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, AWS, Google tools, or similar digital transformation platforms.
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into business solutions.
