As we expand our local sales team, we’re seeking a proactive, experienced LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to help scale our growth.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to build and manage a predictable system for booking sales demos. Your job is not just to send messages, it is to research deeply, understand who our customers are, and start real conversations that lead to business. You will be responsible for the entire process: from finding the right people (research) to getting them interested (copywriting) and booking the meeting (conversion).

Skills Expectations:- Research & Data: Strong ability to find decision-makers using Boolean search. You know how to clean data and build high-quality lists.
- Platform Expertise: You know LinkedIn inside out. You have experience using LinkedIn Automation tools effectively and safely.
- Copywriting: You can write messages that people actually want to read—short, relevant, and focused on "pain points."
- Tech Stack: Experience with GoHighLevel is a big plus.
- Personal Presence: You have a well-optimized LinkedIn profile of your own.
Requirements:- Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
- Experience with GHL (Go-High Level) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets.
- Prior experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — creating personalized campaigns for high-value clients/accounts will be considered a strong advantage.
- Must have a strong LinkedIn presence with including a significant number of US-based C-Suite executives.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
1. Research & Segmentation: Research industry "pain points" (using Reddit/Quora/Discord) and build segmented lists of prospects who actually need our help.
2. Messaging Strategy: Create 5-step message sequences that offer value and feel personal, not automated. Use AI to help draft, but refine with your human touch.
3. Campaign Management: Set up and monitor campaigns in our automation tools to ensure everything is running smoothly.
4. Inbox Management (Crucial): Reply to leads daily. Your main goal is to handle objections and guide the conversation until they are ready to book a demo.
5. Optimization: Track what is working and what isn’t. Improve the messaging and search
