They are looking for a talented and creative Agentforce Developer to join their team and drive solution creation for enterprise accounts. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce Agentforce solutions, leveraging your coding expertise and innovative thinking to solve complex business challenges. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects that integrate AI-powered agents with enterprise systems, helping clients enhance their operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Custom Agentforce Solutions: Build scalable and efficient Agentforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

• AI-Powered Agent Development: Leverage our agentic development platform to create code and configurations for Salesforce quickly.

• Integration Expertise: Integrate Agentforce solutions with existing Salesforce ecosystems and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality through Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and direct APIs.

• Collaborative Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions.

• Code with Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in Salesforce development.

• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues in Agentforce implementations, optimizing performance and scalability.

• Messaging Channel Projects: Contribute to projects involving messaging channels (e.g., SMS, chat apps, or email), ensuring smooth integration with Agentforce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong programming fundamentals with a focus on Apex development within the Salesforce platform.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as SFDX, Git, VS Code, and Jenkins.

• Experience working on projects involving messaging channels (e.g., SMS platforms like Twilio or chatbots integrated with Slack or WhatsApp).

• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to design innovative solutions.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security principles, and best practices for scalable application design.

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or experience working on AI-powered agent models is a plus. Data Cloud experience is a plus.

• Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating messaging platforms into Salesforce workflows or applications.

• Familiarity with LLM prompting (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or generative AI technologies through professional or personal use.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II or Agentforce Specialist) are a plus but not required.

• Knowledge of JavaScript development within the Salesforce ecosystem is a bonus.
