Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Systems Administrator to ensure our entire infrastructure supporting the creation and delivery of 360° virtual tours is stable, secure, and always online. You will be responsible for overseeing GoDaddy and cloud servers, troubleshooting SFTP and upload issues, ppermissions, ensuring tour uptime, implementing security frameworks (SIEM/SOC), automating tasks via n8n, and managing internal tools like Slack, GHL, Asana, and HubSpot.

This role demands strong technical troubleshooting, infrastructure design awareness, and a commitment to documentation and reliability.You’ll also provide daily support to internal teams, ensuring device, network, and platform reliability across macOS and Windows.


 Key Responsibilities

Server Infrastructure & Virtual Tour Uptime

Infrastructure & Hosting

  1. Administer and monitor GoDaddy-hosted Linux servers, domains, DNS, and SSL certificates.
  2. Full understanding of Godaddy Support and resolution of issues, expertise of WHM, Cpanel.
  3. Plan and execute server migrations from GoDaddy to AWS or similar cloud platforms, including instance setup, DNS switching, SSL porting, and data transfers.
  4. Configure and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, S3, IAM) with secure and scalable setups.
  5. Troubleshoot and maintain SFTP/FTP servers, upload pipelines, and permission-related issues that impact content deployment.
  6. Ensure 360° virtual tours and related media remain online, functional, and embedded properly across client and internal platforms.
  7. Administer Linux-based VPS/cloud servers (currently hosted on GoDaddy), ensuring uptime, patching, scalability, and system security.
  8. Lead the migration of hosting infrastructure from GoDaddy to AWS or similar cloud platforms, including DNS switching, SSL reconfiguration, and data migration.
  9. Maintain and troubleshoot SFTP/FTP servers, file permission setups, encryption protocols, and file integrity checks.
  10. Monitor and maintain uptime, functionality, and media playback for VPS-hosted virtual tours and supporting CMS platforms like Embassy.
 

Enhanced Technical Responsibilities

  1. Manage and optimize hosting infrastructure that supports highvolume virtual tour content delivery (360 imagery, HDR photo assets, narration media, and 3D models), ensuring scalable CDN usage, content caching, and performance tuning.
  2. Automate processing pipelines for media upload, format conversion (e.g. stitching 360 images, applying HDR processing), voice-over integration, and tour publication workflows.
  3. Implement media storage solutions and resilient backup strategies for large visual asset handling highresolution 360° images, video clips, narration files, and 3D datasets.
  4. Support web hosting for tour deployment platforms, ensuring CMS stability, secure access, uptime monitoring, and clientfacing deployments (embedding tours on client sites or Google platform).
  5. Provide technical support for tools used in tour creation and deployment, such as GIS, mapping APIs, panorama stitching software, and custom tour engines.
 
  1. Collaboration & Security Context
  2. Coordinate with product/creative/design teams to troubleshoot content ingestion issues, audio-video sync problems, and interactive tour features like hotspots/custom overlays.
  3. Enhance security and performance of media delivery systems, ensuring secure streaming of high-resolution tour assets, locked-down APIs, and secure CDN endpoints.
 

 Email Systems, DNS & SaaS Tools

  1. Manage email systems including Microsoft 365, Postfix, and Google Workspace, ensuring secure delivery (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), syncing, and spam protection.
  2. Support multiple email clients (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iOS/Android) across macOS and Windows environments.
  3. Oversee GoDaddy DNS records, SSL certificate renewals, and subdomain configurations.
  4. Administer and troubleshoot SaaS tools like Slack, Asana, HubSpot CRM, and GoHighLevel (GHL), including permissions, integrations, and task automations.
 

Automation, Monitoring & Cloud Security

  1. Design and manage n8n  automations for alerts, backups, deployments, and cross-tool workflows (e.g., Slack, email, webhooks).
  2. Deploy and maintain SIEM systems for threat detection, log monitoring, and compliance reporting.
  3. SOC  act as internal lead on vulnerability scanning (OpenVAS, Nessus), patching, CVE remediation, and audit logging.
  4. Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, and Zero Trust security policies.
  5. Good command over Bash / Python Scripting
  6. Support internal teams by troubleshooting macOS and Windows issues, including OS-level bugs, network, printer/scanner, and app compatibility problems.
  7. Install and manage WiFi routers and access points, configuring SSIDs, VLANs, security keys, and QoS settings.
  8. Implement and maintain network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation, and remote access protocols.
  9. Deploy and maintain SIEM tools for system log aggregation, threat detection, and automated alerting.
  10. Perform routine patching, CVE scanning, and vulnerability remediation on servers and endpoints.
 

 Web Server & Application Support

  1. Monitor uptime and performance of web apps (PHP, HTML, JS, MySQL), resolve plugin conflicts, and assist in debugging virtual tour/CMS issues.
  2. Work with internal teams to fix hosting errors, slow page loads, redirect issues, or SSL misconfigurations.
  3. IT Administration & Internal Support
    1. Provide Tier 1/2 support for staff across macOS and Windows resolving software installs, VPN issues, device provisioning, and email/calendar problems.
    2. Manage WiFi and local network infrastructure (routers, VLANs, QoS, SSID security).
    3. Document infrastructure changes, automations, migration steps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration, cloud infrastructure, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience migrating hosting infrastructure from GoDaddy to AWS or other cloud platforms (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Strong hands-on experience with GoDaddy domains, DNS, hosting, and SSL troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in email server management, including Postfix/Dovecot and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace user and policy administration.
  • Working knowledge of SFTP troubleshooting, file transfer pipelines, and permission setups.
  • Experience implementing and managing SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and automated threat responses.
  • Automation skills with n8n, including webhook flows, server notifications, and integrations with Slack, GHL, or CRM tools.
  • Experience administering Slack, Asana, HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Good knowledge of web server stacks (Apache/Nginx, PHP, MySQL) and front-end debugging.
  • Comfortable supporting both macOS and Windows systems for internal users.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and process standardization skills.

 Preferred (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with  CMS, CDN configuration, media optimization, and 360° tour embedding best practices.

Experience working in B2B SaaS or media-heavy environments.

Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for task automation and server ops.

Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001) and access control governance.
