The Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to own our multi-channel acquisition strategy and drive measurable pipeline growth. You'll work directly with founders and sales teams to execute scalable campaigns across paid media, organic channels, and marketing automation—while helping our clients succeed with their own growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and building growth systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Demand Generation (Primary Focus)
- Own and lead strategy for end-to-end B2B funnel performance: demos, free trials, lead magnets, and conversions
- Manage team of marketing specialists
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta
- Manage campaign budgets with clear ROI targets
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, retargeting, and attribution modeling
- Test ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging continuously
- Track and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution
Organic Growth & Content Strategy
- Build content-led growth strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Create thought leadership, case studies, carousels, and short-form video content
- Manage company pages, audience engagement, and brand authority
- Collaborate with sales to align content with ICPs, pain points, and funnel stages
- Use AI tools to scale content production and repurposing
SEO & Website Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices for organic visibility and lead generation
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website content for conversions
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Monitor site performance and Core Web Vitals
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build high-converting funnels, workflows, and automation sequences in GoHighLevel or similar platforms
- Set up lead scoring, nurturing campaigns, and pipeline tracking
- Integrate paid campaigns with CRM for seamless lead capture
- Leverage Launchpad's AI-powered features to enhance performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Build performance dashboards with actionable insights
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and pipeline impact
- Work with leadership to improve CAC:LTV ratios and growth efficiency
- Stay current on SaaS growth trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in SaaS, B2B, or digital agency marketing with proven growth results
- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Strong track record managing campaigns with monthly budgets of $10K+
- Experience with GoHighLevel (as a user or working with clients who use it)
- Solid understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, and demand generation
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and social media strategy
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and organic growth tactics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with design tools (Canva or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Comfortable with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and technical setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification
- Background marketing SaaS products, CRMs, or marketing platforms
- Experience working directly with founders or sales teams
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts
- Basic understanding of HTML, APIs, or marketing integrations
