Role Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer for a full-time on-site position in Karachi. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in executing day-to-day creative design tasks, encompassing graphics, branding, web design, and various related design projects. This role requires a high level of creativity, proficiency in design software, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• To execute creative design tasks, including but not limited to graphics, branding, and web design.
•  To develop visually appealing concepts and designs that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• To collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, iterate on designs, and deliver high-quality work.
• To ensure all design projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• To maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all stages of the design process.
• To present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
• To do any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills:

• Must be proficient in Creative Design, Graphics, and Graphic Design skills.
• Must have demonstrated experience in branding, with a strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency.
• Should have expertise in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Must be strong conceptual and visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently when necessary.
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and/or Visual Arts and/or a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
• Candidates with additional certifications or training in design software/tools will be preferred.
