As we expand our global sales team, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Cold Caller / International Sales Executive to help us scale our reach and impact in the US market.
Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic sales professional with strong experience in B2B cold calling and outbound sales in the US market. You will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, lead nurturing, and appointment setting through multi-channel campaigns that include cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn engagement, and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through multi-channel sequencing via Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms
- Execute personalized outreach on LinkedIn to connect with target prospects and build relationships
- Schedule appointments and meetings with decision-makers in eCommerce brands and other relevant industries to present our services
- Identify new target personas and continuously test and refine messaging strategies for outbound outreach
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals, including call volume, outreach, and conversions
- Nurture leads who don’t immediately convert, maintaining engagement through value-driven follow-ups.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects regarding meetings, follow-ups, and deliverables to drive decision-making
- Regularly update and maintain lead activity and opportunity status in the CRM
- Participate in team sales meetings to understand effective talking points and incorporate feedback into outreach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling/international sales experience (US market focus)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Hubspot, Seamless.AI, Outboundly, Lemlist, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with CRMs and lead tracking systems
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Designing, IT, or Software industry.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach automation and sales workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills for tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Tech savvy.
