About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced OmniStudio Developer to join our team and work on transformative public sector projects. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals passionate about Salesforce development and delivering innovative solutions using OmniStudio.
Role Overview:
As an OmniStudio Developer, you will be responsible for implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, building dynamic user interfaces, and automating workflows. You will leverage OmniStudio tools like FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to Agile methodologies will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure FlexCards for responsive and contextual user interfaces.
- Develop guided workflows using OmniScripts to streamline business processes.
- Use DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Procedures for data handling and automation.
- Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Participate in Agile processes, including daily scrums and user story analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of IT experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, REST APIs).
- 5+ years of OmniStudio development experience (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira.
- Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer 1/2) are a plus.
- Must be eligible for and maintain a security clearance.

Type: Contract-to-Hire
Hourly Rate: $85 - $110/hour
Salary Range (Post-Conversion): $120,000 - $160,000/year
