Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building, managing, and optimizing automations within the GoHighLevel platform. This role requires strong technical and development skills, a deep understanding of CRM workflows, and the ability to create scalable automation solutions that improve business operations and customer experiences.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) OR in a capacity of Full Stack Developer.
• Proven experience implementing complex automations, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows and automation systems.
• Create and manage CRM pipelines, triggers, campaigns, forms, surveys, calendars, and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation, integration, and platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement lead nurturing, appointment booking, follow-up, and customer communication automations.
• Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and automation performance.
• Document workflows, processes, and technical implementations.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Excellent development and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly, or similar automation platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic backend concepts is a plus.
• Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
