We're an Integrated Digital Commerce Agency looking for Email and Social Marketing Professionals,  that are looking to advance their career with a fast growing Entrepreneurial company with an expanding Enterprise client base.

Phase 3 Digital helps organizations embrace the power of Digital Commerce, align around their customer and take control of their digital future.  We are looking for the new breed of Digital Marketing professionals that have an integrated understanding of Digital Marketing, Analytics, User Experience and Technology.  

Job Purpose

The Email & Social Marketing Specialist will spearhead key aspects of Phase 3's  email and social marketing program. S/he will develop and align email strategies to ensure that all campaigns meet our client's overall strategy, branding, marketing, communication and sales goals. 

Example of a typical week:

Your typical week may include working with a client on a content calendar and then creating a series of email and social campaigns based on the content.  You might also be running a series of A/B tests for one client and creating Facebooks ads for another. 

Below are the skills and capabilities Phase 3 aspires to see in our Email & Social Marketers:

Email Marketing: Develop email marketing strategies that align with audience and Company needs. This includes planning, asset gathering, building, approvals, scheduling, QA, and execution of test sends and deployments.  S/He will also create workflows, advanced segmentation and A/B tests to optimize the entire email program.  The ideal candidate will learn how to work across a number of different ESPs

Social Media Marketing / Advertising: Working with the client to create content calendars and then turning that into social media campaigns that speak to key audience segments.  Many of our social media campaigns involve advertising on social media as well as with Influencers and Affiliates.  Understanding of social and influencer analytics is important. 

Analytics: Deep understanding of google analytics is a must including setup and tag management.

Client Communication: Providing an excellent client experience is a must for Phase3. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to set and manage expectations, be responsive with client communication while managing multiple projects, be professional with all communication and build relationships through the project management process.

Digital & Industry Aptitude: Make it your business to learn as much as possible: reading relevant blogs and articles, attending training sessions, talking to experts and taking an interest generally in what is going on around you.  Be plugged in to new trends and developments across the industry and particularly within the client’s sector. Understand the different types of available and emerging media, particularly online, including constraints and opportunities presented by each.
